Max Clean came out and took one of our mini split units apart and thoroughly cleaned the interior. I had no idea how dirty the interior of these units can get over time. My units are about two and a half years old and have been maintained well with checks twice a year and regular filter cleaning. But these maintenance checks take about thirty minutes . Rudy came and carefully took the unit apart and cleaned each component. He also worked on the compressor outside. His whole cleaning took about two hours. I shall include this cleaning in the future maintenance schedule of my units once annually from now on. I think deep cleaning will help facilitate the longevity of each unit.
Had our mini splits serviced by Rudy and the air quality is night and day. I was coughing repeatedly and he found black mold growing inside our unit. Now we are pleasantly comfortable whether using the heat or ac. Honest and professional work.
